How to Enable All Apps for Pen Window on Rooted Galaxy Note 3!

The Galaxy Note 3 comes with floating windows in additional to its multi-window feature, allowing you to have floating windows of any apps you desire just like a desktop computer.

Well, the Note 3 only supports handful of apps like YouTube, Calculator, Phone, and Clock but there’s an easy way to enable this Pen Window feature for ALL of your favorite apps.

Before we begin, you will need a rooted Galaxy Note 3.  Please follow How to Root Galaxy Note 3 first.

Step 1. Next, if you are on stock ROM, you may need to install busybox.  It can’t hurt to install it twice so go ahead and download and run BusyBox Installer from Play Store.  Hit “Install” when the app runs to install BusyBox.

Step 2. Go here and download PEN Window Manager App then install it.

Step 3. Open the PEN Window Manager app and make sure you hit “Grant” when Superuser request window pops up.

Step 4. Simply select the apps you want to enable for your S-Pen floating windows.  Make sure you hit the “Save” icon at bottom then reboot.

Step 5. Once rebooted, you should now see the apps you’ve enabled in your S-Pen Floating Window!

    I have a little question! I’m having problems rooting my samsung galaxy s3 at&t model ( i747) I’m using ODIN 3. SOMETHING

    Its getting stuck on. Get pit for mapping.

    Hey I followed all the instructions and it doesn’t work. I’ve been able to delete apps from the s pen Window but not add any. Could you please tell me what I might have done wrong. Cheers

    Just tried it on a rooted T-Mobile Note 3 on stock rom and didn’t work. Tried several reboots. Anyone else having problems?
